The role as a Customer Claims Advisor will involve the following:
1- Work within contact centre guidelines to maximise availability for receiving incoming calls.
2- Be available to work between the hours of 7am-10pm Monday-Sunday on a shift pattern.
3- Actively work towards team and individual personal injury and hire car referrals, quality and other KPI targets.
4- Accurately record all information captured throughout the claim reporting process.
5- Provide information or advice requested by customers, which is accurate and reflects the best interests and needs of both the customer and the company.
6- Provide customers with clear information and keep them informed.
7- Strive to improve systems and process for the customers and the business.
8- Taking ownership of your own development with the company.
9- Following system and procedural processes to ensure compliance with the FCA.
Skills/ Experience required for the role
1- Minimum of 6 months experience working within a customer service environment, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer care.
2- Strong communication skills including relationship building.
3- The ability to remain objective when dealing with individuals and demonstrate empathy.
4- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
5- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
6- Takes responsibility for achievements of targets and own performance.
