Customer Case Administrator


£18, 000 + benefits

Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for a Customer Case Administrator to join an industry leading client!
Our client has experienced phenomenal growth is and now looking to add a new function to its already successful team!

You will be working within a small team however regularly communicating across the wider business, supporting with individual customer case queries and tasks, weighted towards administration responsibilities.
Do you have a meticulous eye for detail? Are you IT literate? Do you have more 2 years or more within an office administration role? If so, we want to speak with you!

Working within a compliant industry, you will be contacting both businesses and customers to request information, making sure you have all the supporting documentation to enable full case assessment can be investigated. You will be scanning and uploading documents to the internal database, verifying and validating requests; working towards agreed service level standards.

This is a responsible role! You will be taking ownership and accountability of each case. With customer service at your core, you will ensure you are always a helpful, professional and approachable brand ambassador!

Skills & Experience

• Previous office administration experience- at least 2 years
• Confident at communicating over the phone
• IT literate particularly across all MS
• Ability to grasp new product information quickly
• Calmness under pressure
• Decision-making ability
• An eye for detail
