Job: Customer Care Team Leader
A prestigious Slough based client are currently seeking a Customer Care Team Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the Customer Care Manager and to be heavily involved in supporting, leading and developing the team of Customer Care professionals. You will be involved in ensuring first class customer satisfaction and departmental objectives. As Customer Care Team Leader, you will also be responsible for identifying training requirements, coaching and performance management reviews.
