Customers are at the heart of our business and with over 6 million customers to care for we need a dedicated and passionate team. Build on your existing skills and develop new ones by liaising with our customers and delivering high level of service within our Billing Care Centre. This rare and exciting part time opportunity is telephone based within a busy team where your aim will be to deliver outstanding customer service, on every call.
A variety of shifts will be available throughout the week, across a 7 day working week, between the hours of 07:30 and 21:00hrs.
Please note: The successful candidates will start a four week training programme starting 2nd July. The training will run Monday - Friday for 5 hours per day.
No annual leave will be permitted for the first 12 weeks of employment due to the training and mentoring periods.
