Are you a customer focussed individual that enjoys handling a variety of calls ? We are currently recruiting Customer Contact Advisors for a national Charity based in Bristol you would be required to meet and exceed customer's expectations by dealing with their queries, concerns and complaints in a friendly, facilitative and flexible manner.
Along with the ability to proactively manage all customer contact and ensure that service levels are achieved. The 'ideal' candidate must be able to put customer's needs first, by handling inbound communication, adopting an empathetic and consultative approach.
You will also need to be able to juggle tasks and feel confident using in-house database to ensure information is captured accurately and correctly.
The role will be full time, 38 hours per week, ( we would consider part time applicants too ), we would also ask if you are able to work 1 in 3 Saturdays mornings only.
This is a permanent opportunity commencing 14th May 2018
Interviews will be held on week commencing 9th April 2018
Due to the intense training we request that no annual leave to be taken from 14th May - 7th July 2018
