Your new company
This successful, leading global engineering and technology services company provides solutions to major challenges faced across varies sectors. Along with offices across the nation, their headquarters are based in Camberley, Surrey. Due to company growth, they are looking to employ a new Customer Care Representative into their Frimley office.
Your new role
You'll be managing all customer requests and will be responsible for the accurate and effective handling of these requests. You will also be creating and managing orders and inputting these onto the internal system. You'll be supporting other Customer Service teams to ensure great communication and service is delivered accordingly.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience of working in a call centre or customer service based environment will be key to your success. You'll have great communication skills and will have experience of dealing with customers on the phone or face to face. You'll have experience of working within an team and working to pressurised deadlines.
