Customer Care Professional - Gatwick

Location: Based Gatwick/Dublin

English and additional languages required - Spanish, German or Italian.

Salary: £23500 + Package including health and pension.

Role -

The Customer Care Key Account Professional will be responsible for managing relationships with strategic distributor / reseller accounts across Europe. Our client manufactures medical products that are taken to end user customers (hospitals) throughout Europe and the rest of the works via distributors. This role is an integral position in ensuring products get to business customers as per contractual agreements. The Customer Care Key Account Professional will take charge of an order from the point it is raised and have responsibity for ensuring fulfilment to invoice. This involves working with customers on any requirement changes, dealing with manufacturing issues, solving logistical problems and ensuring any / all service level agreements are met / surpassed. This is a relationship based business to business customer centric role that will afford the appointed person the opportunity to greatly improve relationships with partners. This is NOT a sales role and does not involve "upselling" etc. The focus of the role is entirely on ensuring customer expectations are met.

Key functions -

• In-depth understanding of customer & market requirements to facilitate effective key account management
• Build and maintain relationships across geographies and functions to maximize collaboration in achieving customer service excellence
• Timely and accurate processing of customer orders and enquiries including after sales services e.g. returns, credits and debits
•Coordinate activities across geographies and functions including distribution centres, supply and demand planning, quality & regulatory departments and commercial teams to optimize service levels and ensure key performance indicators are consistently met in delivering right products / right price / right place / right time
• Effective capture, escalation and resolution of issues and complaints through Salesforce

The Applicant -

English and additional languages required - Spanish, German or Italian.

• A professional B2B customer services professional (2-3 years ideally)
• Fantastic relationships building skills
• Problem solving skills
• Computer literate - Windows and CRM (Excel required)
