Customer Care Operative

Are you experienced in giving great customer service?

My client, a busy car dealership based in Norwich, are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Telephone Operative.

You will be part of a small well established team responsible for contacting new & existing customers to gain feedback from their experience in the branches after a visit. You will also be contacting customers with reminder calls when their MOTs and services are due.

You will need to have an excellent telephone manner and have proven track record delivering top customer service. You will need a high level of accuracy when inputting data, as you will responsible for updating the company CRM on a daily basis.

Hours of work

8.30am - 17.00pm Monday to Friday

Saturdays on a rota basis (1 in 3 8.30am - 12.30pm) with additional pay
