About the Client:

My client is a successful and expanding Residential Developer residential developer with an enviable reputation for producing homes with flair, panache and quality. Due to expansion they are now looking to appoint a Customer Services Manager in their North West office.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for managing the Customer Care function within the North West region. You will promote a culture of motivation and team building both internally and externally and ensure and excellent level of customer service.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a customer services role
  • Ability to carry out inspections
  • In-depth knowledge of the housebuilding sector
  • Customer focused and commercial minded
