An immediate opportunity has arisen within a friendly, independent construction company within the New Build team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a high volume of calls from customers with defects within their warranty period.

Key tasks:

First point of contact

Responding to queries

Liaising with sub- contractors

Managing customer database

Scheduling workloads

Administration related support

The successful candidate will be able to handle and log a high volume of calls.

Sound MS Office skills Word, Outlook

Good written and verbal skills

Good time Management and organisational skills

The ability to work in a reactive environment
