Customer Care Coordinator

My client is a firmly established international leader in the manufacture and supply of specialised medical and industrial equipment. They are now recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator based in the heart of Southend-On-Sea, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing customers with a first class after sales service and providing support for customer enquiries via telephone and email regarding the repair and servicing of equipment.

The successful candidate will be able to overcome difficult objections and work to tight deadlines meeting the company’s daily key performance indicators and proactively liaising with customers.

You will be the first port of contact for customers so it is essential you are customer focused and have previous experience dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone.

Job Specification:

• To handle and resolve customer enquiries in relation to the servicing and repair of equipment
• To arrange the supply and return of loan equipment within specified time targets
• To meet companies KPI’s in regards to Call responses, supply of equipment and the recall of returns
• To manage and conduct proactive customer repair and loan updates
• To calculate and send repair quotations
• To prepare and send repair administration
• To manage courier arrangements through to completion
• To support the Customer Care Sales Coordinators as and when required
• To support the Customer Care Service Administrators as and when required

Person Specification:

• Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to accurately record data
• Problem solving skills
• Customer Service Experience required
• Knowledge of using IFS preferable
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to multi task
