Customer Services Coordinator role based in Cambridge
Your new company
The company is the U.K.'s largest independent tail lift and commercial vehicle fleet service and support organisation. They now have over 150 mobile vans covering the UK to provide a 24/7 response to a diverse customer base including 12,000 assets on fleet managed packages. This leading organisation are now looking to recruit a Customer Services Coordinator to join their busy and friendly team.
Your new role
The aim of the Customer Services Coordinator is to deliver exceptional customer service while coordinating the complete Work Flow Process from customer request to invoicing.
Within this role you will have the opportunity to work with a busy and friendly team where your key duties will include: Answering all inbound calls, prioritising the enquiries to ensure you are meeting customer queries whilst meeting productivity & quality targets; Using the 'Kerridge' system to log and manage all works, following the role through from initial customer communication to invoice; any ad hoc administration needs to complete and resolve each customer query.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed within the Customer Services Coordinator role you will have had a minimum of 2 years within a customer services or call centre related role. Experience of scheduling or planning, especially in a fleet or automotive environment is desirable, along with a knowledge of the invoicing process. Other key skills to be a successful Customer Services Coordinator include: Strong IT and Systems skills; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including customer service relationship building for both internal and external customers.

You will be working on a fixed shift pattern, where you will either be contracted to work Monday to Friday 7 am to 4 pm; Monday to Friday 10 am to 7 pm or a shift pattern of 4 days on 4 days off working 7 am to 7 pm.
The company are offering a competitive salary of up to £23,000 per annum depending on experience, and an excellent benefit package including pension and life assurance.
