Your new company My client are a highly successful and growing business who due to continued business opportunities seek a Customer Care Coordinator/Advisor to join them.

Your new role Working within the customer care team you will be responsible for the following, answering sales enquiries and processing orders, ensuring high levels of customer care. Raising quotes and purchase orders and other general office duties as required.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be a strong communicator both face to face and over the telephone, have the ability to work unsupervised, have strong MS Office skills be organised and have good attention to detail.
