Customer Care Case Manager

Due to internal promotion and an increased support requirement, our client - an established charity, is looking for Case Management Advisors in their Call Centre at their Head Office central Bristol.

The salary range is £19,198 - £24,198.

We are Ideally looking for applicants with experience in:

  • Call handling
  • Customer service environment
  • Data input

This is not a 1-2-1 face to face support role. The role is based in their contact centre in Head Office.

The hours are Monday to Friday normal office hours.

Key Duties: To act as an end to end link for customers by monitoring the progress of the customer journey via email and phone.
