This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Advisor to join an established fashion brand in High Wycombe. Due to the nature of the business, Saturday shifts may be required so you must be flexible and reliable particularly around busy periods.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through the telephone, email, live chat and social media.
In addition, you will be:
- Answering customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring an exceptional service is provided to every customer that is tailored to their needs
- Establishing relationships with customers and using initiative when dealing with queries
- Liaising with warehouse teams and couriers to resolve any order issues
You must have previous experience in a fast-paced Customer Service role ideally in the fashion/retail industry. You will have excellent telephone manner and written communication skills as well as strong MS Office skills.
