Their success is driven by putting the customer first, making sure that the service they provide matches the customer's needs. Due to this, a new customer care advisor is needed in the Altrincham office.
Your new role
In this fast-paced environment, you will be working within the Customer Care Team where you will support new and existing customers. You will resolve any customer issues and queries whilst ensuring that a high level of customer service is maintained and nurtured.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will help you succeed. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will enable you to provide outstanding customer service and maintenance of relationships. This will be reflected in your longevity in your previous roles. You are keen to learn new skills and flexible in your way of working.

You will be offered a basic salary up to £18.5k, with potential of company bonus.
