Salary: £17,100pa (plus overtime)
Working hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 - 17:30 / 9 - 6 (Alternate weeks)

About the Customer Service Role:
The Contractor Care Advisor will strive to provide high levels of customer service. You will register new customers via telephone and online enquiries, and manage the customer database. You will provide telephone support including explaining their services to customers and work with internal departments to ensure high quality service delivery as well as other adhoc duties.

To be successful in this Customer Service role, you will have previous customer service experience, along with excellent written and verbal communication, including an excellent telephone manner. You will have good computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). With a friendly personality, you are a team player with the ability to relate to people at all levels. You will also be committed to providing great customer service and enjoying learning new skills and processes.

Please note this is not a sales position, its a full time Customer service role: 
You may have experience of the following: High call volumes, Customer Service Advisor, Call Centre, Word, Excel, Outlook, Customer Service Assistant, Client Support, Contact Centre, Customer Services, Call Centre Inbound, Complaints Hander, Client Advisor, Customer Service Representative, Call Centre Outbound, Telesales etc.

Essential: Must have a great working attitude, able to deal high call volumes and excellent at multitasking!
