As well as managing the busy inbound telephones and supporting customers throughout the order process you will be expected to:

  • Manage workload to ensure all customers are contacted as per your diary schedule
  • Handle IB telephony queries
  • Data entry
  • Meet individual daily targets as set by the business
  • Work within regulatory and Data Protection requirements
  • Additional duties may be assigned or existing duties may alter
