An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Care Advisor to join an award-winning House Builders based in Leeds
Pay rate £8.11
Temporary ongoing contract
Hours FULL TIME
The successful candidate will have experience in a customer service based role, having spent much time in a telephony-based position.
Experience in making decisions quickly, working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work on their own indicative.
Although not essential, it would be advantageous to have worked in the Social Housing or Repairs sector.
Skills & Abilities
Must be IT literate in Word, Excel, Outlook and have the ability to learn new IT programmes - A very positive telephone manner - Ability to work well as part of a wider team.
