We are looking to expand Our Customer Care team to continue to offer an exceptional service. As a Customer Care Advisor, you will work within a within a medium sized operational centre,
Customer centricity is at the heart of everything we do, within this role you will act as the “Voice of the Customer” - your role will include handling incoming calls from business customers and sales staff on a daily basis, you will manage order requests, handle enquiries and any disputes to ensure the customer experience is maintained to the highest levels at all times.
Package of up to £19,000 (DOE) with a corporate benefits package – based at our Telford, Shropshire Head Office.
Our ideal candidate will have:-
- An excellent telephone manner and customer rapport skills in order to deliver the best customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate your message and build trust with customers and colleagues.
- A Good level of I.T skills, experience of using client database's or internal data management systems.
- The Ability to complete and handle back-office administrational duties and reporting data in-line with department requirements.
