Job Title: Customer Care Advisor
Location: Outskirts of Nottingham
Salary: £8.00-9.00 per hour
Duration: 5-6 Months 

Your new company
Kelly Sevices are working in partnership with a not for profit company that deliver healthcare services and medical assistance to both current patients and temporary residents. You will be working in a small customer focussed team based on the outskirts of Nottingham.

Your new role
You will be responsible for speaking to patients and taking referrals from GPs, you will answer any queries and support advice or support where needed. You will also be entering data onto various systems and ensuring a keen eye for detail, accurately entering information. 

To succeed in the role
You will have excellent attention to detail, having strong administration and data entry skills. You will have excellent communication skills, being able to speak to people on all levels. You will be available immediately and able to commit to 5-6 months of the temporary contract, there may be potential of a permanent role.

The hours of work are 37.5 per week, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-6pm, on a shift pattern per week. There is free parking onsite, being based on the outskirts of Nottingham.
