Schindler are currently on the look out for Customer Care Advisor's to join our growing National Contact Centre Team at our Weybridge Head Office. This is a 24/7 operation within the business so we have a variety of different shifts available.
You will be providing fantastic customer service via telephone and email to both internal and external customers in order to resolve queries efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have proven customer service experience with strong communication and problem solving skills. You will be confident at working in a fast paced environment and have high proficiency in data entry. You must have a good sense of urgency and be able to work to deadlines.
