We pride ourselves on our dynamic and creative flair to produce the best possible product for our customers, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic candidate to bring their skills to the Customer Care team.

As a Customer Care Executive, you’ll be working on PiggyBank as part of a team tasked with ascertaining a customer’s case and rectifying their account.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Inbound and outbound calls

  • Contact with customers by email

  • Maintaining and improving our high customer service satisfaction levels

  • Determining a customer’s issue and working with them to find a suitable solution

  • Sourcing customer information

What we’re looking for:

  • An effective communicator

  • Self-motivated, quick thinking and keen to show initiative

  • Efficient at managing own time and communicating with colleagues

  • Confident with inbound and outbound calling

  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service

  • Driven by targets

  • Customer Service/Call Centre/Collections experience preferred (but not essential)

The position is full time with OTE in the region of £30,000.
