Our client, a well-established organisation, is looking for temporary Customer Care Advisors to help deliver an excellent level of customer care. You will be working in a busy environment and working over the phone and via email so your communication skills will be at a very high level. You will need to be empathetic and happy to support customers. Although this is starting as a temporary role, there is a strong likelihood that the role will become permanent.
Shift Work: (7.5 hours on Monday - Thursday + 7 hours on a Friday)
You will work between the hours of 8am - 8pm
- You must have a stable work history (not a job hopper)
- You will have customer service experience
- You will have strong communication skills
- You will be customer focused
- You will have a caring personality
- You will have a positive attitude
