Customer Care Advisor

We are looking for experienced Complaint Handlers to join our Customer Care Team. Due to the continued growth here at MotoNovo Finance there has never been a more exciting time to join us and a lot of opportunity on this integral department.

You will proactively manage your own case load, regularly communicating with our customers and third parties. You will be required to provide customer feedback in a professional manner and in line with company policies and procedures.

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and written skills. The role involves a large amount of responsibility so being able to make your own decisions is critical.
