Customer Service Advisor - £16,848 + £3,000 shift allowance


Pension, 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Life Assurance, Time & a Half overtime + Double Pay Sundays

7 - 7 4 days on 4 days off

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a fantastic company based in Macclesfield as a Customer Service Advisor for this Nationwide business. Our client can boast over 30 years' experience in their industry as well as the enviable position of being the industry leader in their field. The business has also been awarded a range of Accreditations in addition to excellent customer feedback due to the service they provide! This role would be perfect for an experienced Customer Service Advisor who prides themselves in their work, or a less experienced Customer Service Advisor who wants to gain experience and build a long-term career.

Each Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for answering inbound calls from customers building rapport and showing empathy on each call. Furthermore, The Customer Service Advisor will also take ownership of complaints when required. The Customer Service Advisor will also need to ensure all administration added accurately.
The successful Customer Service Advisor will be;

  • Responsible for providing high level customer service
  • A natural and confident communicator
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Able to display a positive can-do approach
  • A desire to pick the phone up and help every customer
