CMD is working with a well known, Swindon based company to support the recruitment of 3 temporary Customer Service Advisors.
Working for up to 4 weeks within the Customer Care team you will be responsible for:
- General Customer Service
- Telephone and email queries
- Complaint handling
- Being the first point of contact within the office
It is essential that you have extensive Customer Service experience and ideally within an office based environment. You will be a confident communicator both verbally and in writing and be able to deal with complaints with ease. Furthermore, you must be a confident user of MS Office, including Word and Outlook, be unflappable and organised.
You MUST be able to start the assignment on Tuesday 27th February and commit to at least 4 weeks.
