Customer Care Advisor - Redhill

Working in the Customer Care team - 
• General administration and phone interaction with domestic and commercial customers primarily regarding account payments.
• Contract and paperwork administration and updating our internal contract management systems;
• Keeping accurate records of all communication with customers;
• Resolving missed or late payment problems with customers by agreeing manageable repayment plans in accordance with company expectations;
• Inter departmental liaison to progress any problems that are being handled in any other department in a timely manner.

40 hours per week covering Monday to Fridays, 8-30am to 5-30pm with a 1 hour lunch break and up to 1 in 2 Saturdays, 9am to 2pm. PARKING ONSITE 

• You must have excellent attention to detail and be able to work to deadlines;
• Experience working in a busy office environment;
• Excellent telephone and interpersonal communications skills;
• Strong organisational skills;
• Computer literate and a confident user of Microsoft Office and other IT resources;
