Temp to Perm customer care administrator to support a team for a busy construction company in Warrington
Your new company
You will be working for a growing market leading construction company in the Birchwood area of Warrington on an ongoing temporary basis in this newly created position.
Your new role
Your role will involve providing administration support to the Customer Care Manager and the team of Co-ordinators with a wide range of admin based duties. These will include: sending out letters to customers, filing paperwork, updating works tracker, printing off job sheets, chasing contractors, emailing out surveys and letters and ordering materials. This is a guideline as your role could include any admin based duties that support the team when needed.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you will need to be available immediately, have excellent administration and IT skills, be a team player who is happy to be flexible and adaptable on a daily basis. Previous experience within a construction environment would be an advantage but is not a necessity.
