Customer Care Administrator
Search are working with a high end construction house builder, who are looking to employ a highly technical administrator, to provide a seem less customer experience for their clients. This is a full time permanent role, working within their prestigious Glasgow Office.
Duties and responsibilities
Champion the customer throughout the Customer Care process and be their first point of contact customer following the 28 Day Visit by the Site Team.
Answer calls and queries professionally, escalating to the right department
Ensure accuracy of customer details and recording of all defects
Provide weekly and monthly Customer Care reports and recommend appropriate actions for consideration
Provide administrative/secretarial support to the Construction Team including diary management
Perform general departmental administration tasks as and when required to meet the needs of the department
Manage and maintain relevant filing systems and databases
Copy, record and distribute project drawings as required
In order to apply for this role, you must have previous experience working within construction, ideally house building, and show a genuine interest in building your companies brand.
