Customer Care Administrator

My client, one of the leading Main Contractors is hiring at the moment and they are looking for a Customer Care Administrator to join their team ASAP.

This is a great company to work for and you will be working alongside the Customer Service team and will be liaising with customers and dealing with any defects they may have on their properties once it has been handed over. You will also be speaking with Multi Operatives and booking in appointments.

They would look to promote you within 6 months of being there.

For this position, the client is looking to take someone on with Construction experience.

The role is based near Chigwell and you would be working Monday - Friday.
