Our client, part of one of the largest retail groups in the world, are currently looking for a fluent, French speaking Customer Care Administrator in Gloucester.

This is a great opportunity to work as part of a friendly team and a well-established organisation.

Main duties:

  • Liaise with customers via email only
  • Ensure awareness of customer order requirements
  • Input data accurately on their system
  • Always offer exceptional customer service
  • Basic administration duties

The candidate:

  • Fluent in written French (at a native level)
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Friendly persona and able to work as part of a close-knit team
  • Confident and accurate keyboard skills
  • Customer service experience desirable, but not necessary
