Customer Campaign Insight Analyst - Retail
Location: East Midlands
Salary: £25-35,000 + bonus + great benefits
Our Client is a global market leader in their field and as such they are seeking high calibre Insight Analysts to add great value to the business
These positions would be ideal for a candidate with experience and a passion for insights and a desire to continue to use analysis in a commercial environment. The ideal candidate will have a combination of both interpersonal and analytical skills. The ability to quickly manipulate and interpret complex data, and help non-technical audiences to understand it is a central part of this role.
The main responsibilities of the Campaign Insight Analyst are to make recommendations for how campaigns (email, direct mail, app, corporate events quarterly mailer amongst others) should be targeted, collaboratively making decisions on who they should contact to deliver the best results for the business, to build loyalty and drive sales. Measuring the effectiveness of campaigns and how they were targeted, using this to improve future communications to constant learn and improve is a rewarding element of this role.
Degree educated - business related, social sciences or humanities with a mathematical element
Previously worked within an analytical role for a customer centric organisation
We’re looking for somebody curious, who can not only identify emerging patterns within data but has the desire to understand what behaviour could be causing them, and how this ties into wider business trends
You will be well organised and a keen problem solver, who enjoys analysing data to understand and communicate why patterns of behaviour are happening
Will enjoy change and seeks the opportunity to drive improvement, innovation and their own development
Ability to work collaboratively, across different functions ensuring that a personal customer experience is at the heart of everything they do
Identify and utilise the most suitable data sources to solve business questions, the ability to work efficiently is key
The ability to use large data sets and combine information from multiple sources and 'see the bigger picture’ is important
Prioritise workload and manage stakeholders effectively
Ability to analyse at a technical level whilst being able to confidently interpret findings and deliver them to an audience with little or no analytical, statistical or numerical background in an engaging manner
Previous experience using SQL or relational databases (e.g. access) is highly desirable
Knowledge of campaign building software (e.g. Unica campaign) would be great
