Introduction My client a large retail organisation, is seeking appoint Commercial Call Handlers, required for a temporary contract spanning circa 3 months based in Manchester City Centre for a large retail organisation.
Due to the nature of the customer base experience of working in the Care sector is advantageous.
My client is a large well known organisation which are seeking full time temporary workers in our Commercial Team. They provide a large and varied demographic of the public with consumer electronic goods, these are provide in some circumstances to assist the individual, or to replace broken products. The role can be quite demanding and involves assisting our Clients and their customer by telephone calls, emails and letters, all of which require a timely and professional response.
Their Commercial business comprises of a small team who manage inbound and outbound calls, emails and letters to the recipients of the products that we are providing on behalf of our Clients. They are a friendly and caring team who enjoy looking after our Client and their customers. The team currently works mostly business hours Monday to Friday, but this does change depending on the requirements and needs of our Client base.
