In this job, you can make a real difference. This is an exciting opportunity within a customer banking contact centre for a senior relationship professional who will be responsible for managing a team of relationship managers and ensuring delivery of financial targets.

You will:
* Lead a team of Relationship Managers with varying portfolios, comprising of customers with borrowing facilities of up to £500,000 and non-borrowing customers, ensuring the team remains focused to achieve optimal returns and sustainable financial performance.
* Ensure the team deliver an excellent customer experience
* Establish, develop and utilise internal network of contacts to aid achievement of profitability targets

If you can do this while satisfying risk management and compliance standards and demonstrating motivating behaviours then you will fit right in with this organisation.

You will have experience in a similar banking leadership role and will have a sound understanding of operating and lending.
