We have a fantastic opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a very well known, successful organisation with modern offices in Epsom in the role of Customer Arrears Specialist. The focus of this role is to contact customers who are in arrears to collect overdue payments - ensuring that the focus is always on delivering a good customer outcome. This company work very hard to support a culture focused on customer satisfaction, therefore this is not a target driven / commission based role.

Duties will include:

  • Contact customers who are in arrears to collect overdue payments
  • Complete affordability assessments with customers
  • Create sustainable payment arrangements
  • Liaise with third parties (debt charities, solicitors etc) as necessary

The ideal candidate will have experience in a collections role, or have strong customer service experience alongside excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
