A vacancy has arisen for a Customer Appointments Controller within the Service Department of our client based in the Norwich area.
This is a telephone based role so you will need experience working in anoutbound call centre and preferably knowledge of the motor trade, but this isnt entirely essential.
* Do you have experience working in an Outbound Call Centre?
* Do you hold a full UK driving licence?
* Can you offer an outstanding level of customer service at all times?
As a Customer Appointment Controller, your responsibilities will include;
*Making out bound calls to customers to prompt when work is due on their vehicles in order to maintain customer retention and update company data base and marketing systems.
*Booking customer vehicles in for Service, MOT and repairs, providing advice and work estimates
*Booking additional transport to meet customer needs such as loan cars and collection delivery
*Being part of a team, achieving total customer satisfaction and helping dealership sites meet their set targets
* The use of various online and internal IT systems and maintaining the database.
Skills and Experience Required
*Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly via telephone
*Possession of excellent listening skills and communication skills
*Numerate and literate
* Possession of strong self-organisational skills
*Ability to convey information accurately between source and third party
* Good basic administrationknowledge
*Possession of a calm and even temperament
*Ability to work effectively within a team environment
*Ability to handle pressure without it affecting working relationships and effectiveness
