A customer focused role, the successful applicant will be the face and voice of the business and will be able to combine their ability on the telephone, with an efficient and organised administrative background to enjoy this rounded opportunity. A calming and logical approach to customer service, with proven background in a similar role would certainly be beneficial - but the role also has a proactive side, to deal with issues themselves by way of organising service visits and scheduling attendance of engineers. There are no sales duties attached to this opportunity in any form.
Key duties include:
- Handling all incoming queries from Customers via email and telephone
- Investigate the nature of queries themselves and consider relevant approaches to rectify issues
- Allocate timeslots and engineers to attend call outs
- Administrate all relevant paperwork, internal and external
- Liaise extensively with internal teams to resolve customer problems where escalations occur.
