You will handle Customer Orders within the Customer Services Department.
To be successful you must have the ability to understand customer relationship management and to be able to effectively and efficiently communicate order progress to customer as well as manage expectations.
" Manage order progress and customer expectations from registration to installation.
" Manage after installation requests for maintenance and servicing.
" Receive and respond to inbound calls from customers.
" Liaise with planning to set up appointments for technical surveys and installations as well as remedial visits.
" Conduct daily callbacks to keep customers informed on order progress and problem resolution.
" Monitor automated communications.
" Provide first line triage for problems.
" Analyse problems and raise remedial actions as required.
" Escalate after sale service issues to the After Sales Service Manager.
" Monitor Safter Sales Service actions and communicate progress to customers.
" Provide reports as directed by the Customer Service Manager.
" Other support functions as requested by the Customer Service Manager.
