Responsibilities:

  • Establishing relationships to ensure collections are made
  • Ensuring customer accounts are updated and accurate
  • Prompt and professional response to all calls and enquiries
  • Following objectives and targets set out by management
  • Ability to manage and resolve difficult conversations with integrity, professionalism, and honesty.

Skills needed:

  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to work unaided, using own initiative
  • Driven and Self motivated individual
  • Excellent MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills
