We are actively looking for Call Centre Customer Service Advisor to join the team and progress with your career with an award winning company.
Your role within the company will be of full time hours which are Monday to Thursday from 0830 to 1700 hours with a finish of 1630 on a Friday. The role is temporary ongoing with a view of becoming permanent
You are good fit for this role if you have previous Call Centre experience, dealing with telephone enquiries and relevant administration experience and excellent IT skills
What do we need from you?
Eligibility to work in the UK
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative without supervision
Excellent communication skills including a polite & friendly telephone manner.
5 GCSE`S including Maths and English at Grade C and above
You will be paid an hourly rate of £9.36 per hour paid on a weekly basis and enjoy an array of benefits
