On behalf of my client that is a prestigious online retailer with a strong international presence, I am looking to recruit a Customer Advisor.

Your role will be to provide a professional, efficient and overall fantastic experience to customers, dealing with both telephone and email enquiries. You will provide product knowledge, information on orders and liaise with all other departments accordingly. Initially, this role will be based in the office at their warehouse so you'll report into the Warehouse Manager and work closely with the despatch team. Moving forward, and as the role grows, there may also be the opportunity to work from their office in the centre of Leamington Spa.

You'll be someone that prides themselves on always delivering a great service, works quickly but efficiently, is professional and can adapt communication accordingly. You'll need to have a brilliant telephone manner and be great at listening. Experience of being on the telephone and managing a high number of inbound calls and emails is essential - as is having good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and ideally Access too. Someone with the relevant experience and a passion for classical music would be highly desirable

Working hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:30 with 1 hour for lunch. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.
