Automotive, Motor Trade Job: Customer advisor  required in Cambridgeshire

Salary: £20,000 per annum

4 week rotational shift -
week 1 7.30am-4.30pm
week 2 8.30am- 5.30pm
week 3 9:00am-6:00pm
week 4 10.30am-7.30pm.

1 in 4 Saturdays - 9am to 1pm ( this time is taken back as lieu the following week)

Automotive Vacancies: Customer Advisor required for a Main Dealership

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and driven candidate to join their team.

As a Customer advisor and you will be responsible for answering incoming calls into the dealership. This will include: maintaining an awareness of the relevant consumer and local market influences, maintaining sufficient knowledge of all products and services and be able to answer incoming calls promptly and efficiently.

Previous experience is not required, although a passion for maintaining high standards is.
Further to this, you need to have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels within the business; have excellent attention to detail; be competent in the use of Microsoft Office; work on your own initiative; and be able to meet deadlines.
