Reed Exeter are currently partnering with a leading Exeter based, growing SME to recruit a Customer Advisor to join their expanding team on a permanent basis.

This role would be perfect for an enthusiastic individual, with a proven track record in sales and exceeding targets with a desire to progress your career within a fast paced, successful team. You will possess an excellent telephone manner, with a keen focus on customer service.

Contact with our client’s customers is initiated online. You will be responsible for reviewing the details they have provided and contacting them by phone to qualify the information they have provided. This means that you’ll never need to cold-call.

Hours will be on a 09:00 – 17:00 working pattern, however out client is looking for someone with the flexibility to work two or more evenings a week (12:00 – 20:00) and one Saturday per month (10:00 – 16:00). You will receive a day of during the week for any Saturday’s worked.

The Benefits
- Starting salary of £16,500 with the potential of rising to £18,500 through development framework
- Expected OTE of £24,000 – Yes there is a commission structure within this role!
