Our Client is an organisation with a clear mission: to be the best at everything they do. They are one of the leading motor, home and small business insurers in the UK and are home to some of the nation's best-known brands.

They have exciting opportunities for Customer Service Advisors to join their dedicated teams where you will create positive customer experiences. These are permanent full time positions, working 37.5 hours per week.

Within the roles, either Service or Sales, you will be focused on doing the best by our customers. Being the first point of contact for each call, you will have first-class communication skills, and an efficient and professional approach. You will be interacting with a wide variety of different people, acting as the voice of our business, so no two days will be the same!

They are looking for people who are flexible and confident communicators. With the ability to adapt your approach according to the nature of the call, you will connect with the public and aim to understand and assist their needs. Training is provided, but experience in a sales or customer service role would be beneficial.

Due to the nature of the role, you are required to work shifts between Monday - Friday 8am - 9:15pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm, Sunday 10am - 5pm. Working hours will be discussed at interview, but please be aware this role does include working weekends.
