Please note this is not a call centre environment, and the calls made will be warm lead chasing / fact finding with previous & prospective accounts, whom may have enquired with regard to their business previously - this is NOT a cold calling position.
-Delivering customer service to client base in UK, Ireland & Europe
-Updating customer records on CRM
-Information gathering and researching to identify potential new prospects
-Reporting daily on activities
-Excellent communications skills
-A passion for sales and the motivation to earn commission
-Exceptional communication skills both over the phone and in writing
-Admin experience in order to update client accounts
-Ability to pick up product knowledge quickly
-Fantastic customer service experience
-Working well with targets
-Ability to establish relationships
-Driving licence due to office location desirable
The purpose of this role will be to primarily contact existing customers and new prospects to describe products and services.
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm, with an early finish of 3.30pm on a Friday.
