We have been given a fantastic opportunity for a team of experienced customer service advisers to work at the UK's largest contact centre, within a department which is responsible for the customer service and enquires for customer's.
Training hours -
Monday - Friday for 3 weeks 9am - 5pm
Working hours after training -
Monday - Thursday - 9.00am - 5.30pm Sunday - 11am - 5.00pm
Fridays and Saturdays off!
Your role will involve:
Delivering an exceptional customer service to all customers
Dealing with dissatisfied customers
Effectively dealing with billing related issues and escalating complaints when needed
Pro-actively promoting additional products and services
