Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for a global organisation looking to expand their customer service team. This an incredibly exciting position, as successful candidates will be working within the emergency services sector.

If you are experienced in the customer service industry and you are looking for a new challenge, this position should cover what you are searching for.

Various shifts patterns are required to fit in with the demands of the business, so successful candidates will be expected to remain fully flexible.
40 hours per week

Hourly Pay Rate - £8.10 to £8.70 per hour. Hourly rate will increase on certain shifts, this can be up to £10.70 per hour.

About You 

As a Customer Service Advisor your main responsibilities will include: 

-Responsible for achieving agreed KPIs 

-Delivering great service to customers and effectively advising them were necessary. 

-Determination and resilience are key factors 

-An upbeat friendly approach to speaking to customers is essential
