£19,000 - £22,000 - Quarterly bonus, up to £6K per annum

Role overview:

Supporting Account Managers to service clients throughout France and the UK. Customers are typically distributors and the competition are importers, general resellers and manufacturers. This position will involve working within a fast-growing technology market.


Provide exceptional customer service by accurately and efficiently processing orders, dealing with general enquiries, liaising with colleagues and supporting the Account Managers. The post holder should engage in proactively adding value to the offer in order to maximise profitable sales, in line with the KPI's set within the Team or Department and to undergo training as appropriate, for the demands of the position.


  • Previous sales order processing/customer service experience essential - minimum 1 year.
  • Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment an advantage.
  • Language skills specific to region - must be fluent in written and verbal communication - ; French
  • Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work within a team.
  • Good time management and able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office including CRM system and database experience.
  • Industry knowledge would be an advantage.
