Our client, a global leading player within the banking field is looking for a Customer Advisor based in Bournemouth on a 3 month contract with great scope of extension.

Role/ Responsibilities

This is purely a telephony based call centre role. The duties involve updating brokers, solicitors and applicants on the progress of their mortgage application. It requires liaising with other areas of the business to ensure that the application progresses smoothly. Key skills required are a good telephone manner, the ability to work under pressure, objection handling skills and computer proficiency. This is a small call centre team so they would also need to be a good team player as well as the ability to perform individually.

Top 2 Evaluation Criteria

1) Microsoft Office skills - Word, Outlook, Excel

2) Call Centre / Customer Service experience - advantageous
